Hello! I’m Dr. Lynnea, founder and CEO of The ExecutiveOS!
I often begin a talk by saying: People are crazy.
No one argues, and they usually don’t even laugh much.
They just nod their heads.
Yep. People are crazy.
Even the most skilled leaders get SO confused and frustrated as they try to motivate their teams and focus on results.
Why is it so hard? One reason: for the first time in modern history, leaders are managing five distinct generations who do not understand each other. Even conversations about the basics of what makes meaningful work and a realistic career path seem unbelievably complicated.
This particular problem is not going to be solved with technology upgrades. Software won't fix teams–because humans aren't machines built on binary code. We are quantum. Our bodies and minds and hearts are literally formed by our lived experiences.
And it is my own lived experiences that led to my passion of creating experiences that help teams who love each other like family to get better together.
The Crucible: How I Learned to Lead Through Fire
Early brushes with death: My parents were given a 3 percent chance that I would live one year after I was diagnosed with a rare cancer at age 11. I DID survive–and then had two other close brushes with death–all before age 25! Learning to tend my wounds and bounce back fast became crucial for me–even normal.  I learned to be hungry for new ways to get me back to my wild and wonderful life!Â
Navigating international adoptions: This meant I also had to learn balance. Â Bringing my children home from China and Russia taught me that fierce love alone isn't enough. True leadership requires sharp discernment, firm boundaries, and emotional regulation under pressure.
A moment of rebirth:Â Amid profound personal loss and heartbreak, I underwent a transformation that forever changed how I view human energy, consciousness, and connection.
These moments shattered the illusion that leaders can "over-function" their way to success. They forced me to develop a grounded approach to present-moment leadership, advanced Enneagram work, and executive energy management—tools I now joyfully use and train others to use: I want executive teams and small businesses to normalize things like breathing well and staying curious so they can see each NOT as crazy, but fully human, fully capable, and fully responsible.
3 Unshakable Truths for Modern Leaders
Love and Passion Aren't Enough—You need to balance your head, heart, and gut. Being a great leader isn't about doing it all yourself or trying to help everyone around you. If you are not engaged, balanced, and present, you will burn out, and your team will not function optimally.
Friction is an Opportunity for Flow. Generational differences, personality clashes, and technological shifts aren't obstacles to be avoided—they are raw energy waiting to be redirected into innovation.
The Teacher You Need is Already Within. When you reset your nervous system, stop avoiding conflict, and drop the drama, your team stops leaking energy and naturally steps into aligned action.
